Crescent Cleaning in Chicago, IL , with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations while contributing to team success. Responsibilities include receptionist duties, clerical tasks, client and staff communication, and delivering exceptional customer service, recruiting.
Qualifications Strong phone etiquette and communication skills. Experience posting job openings and screening applicants. Ability to assist with onboarding new hires. Proficiency in maintaining applicant databases. Skilled at managing schedules, meetings, and appointments. Recruiting Duties
Perform receptionist duties and clerical tasks. Deliver exceptional customer service daily. Maintain excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently (Word, Excel, Outlook). Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Benefits
