Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities - Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Provide exceptional customer support through phone and email correspondence - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events - Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks - Maintain a professional and tidy office environment Skills - Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Fluency in Spanish is a plus - Experience in office management or receptionist roles is advantageous - Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is beneficial Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
