Emergency Medicine Physician

Coverage Needed: ASAP - Ongoing Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends Main hospital campus may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts MD Shifts: 6am - 4pm, 1pm - 11pm, 8pm - 7am Clinical Information: Preference is for locum providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's Annual volume: 29,280 APP shifts: 8am-6pm, 11am-10pm, 4am-2pm Required: DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. Board Certified in one of the following:

American Board of Emergency Medicine American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine

Active KY License Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
