Emergency Medicine Physician

Coverage Needed: * ASAP - Ongoing * Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends * Main hospital campus may consider less than 12hr shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12hr shifts * MD Shifts: 6am - 4pm, 1pm - 11pm, 8pm - 7am Clinical Information: * Preference is for locum providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's * Annual volume: 29,280 * APP shifts: 8am-6pm, 11am-10pm, 4am-2pm Required: * DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active * Current Flu Vaccine * Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 * Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. * Board Certified in one of the following: * American Board of Emergency Medicine * American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine * Active KY License * Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
