TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Systems Admin to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Experience with: Microsoft product experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and IIS Cisco VoIP Services including Cisco Call Manager, Voicemail, and Contact Center Virtual Server experience such as VMWare, Hyper-V, and Citrix Basic knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls in a corporate network Configuration and support of Linux operations systems a plus
Ability to prepare or update documentation, including System Configurations and Procedures Hands on technical troubleshooting capabilities Ability to research and make recommendations on network products, services, software, etc. Required Skills:
Two years of hands-on Cisco Contact Center and Call Manager configuration and administration experience Two years of lead experience with Active Directory and Group Policies VMware administration (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, SRM, Veeam Backup) or Citrix Cloud experience Ability to document System Standards, Configurations, Policies, and Procedures Prior project experience a plus Ability to work independently or in a team as needed for success Trouble-shooting and communication skills to effectively communicate with vendors and all levels of system users Desire to work on new technology and your technical future Desired Education & Skills:
Bachelor/ Associates in Computer Science, or five years of equivalent experience Microsoft, VMWare, or Cisco certifications preferred
