Role Overview
Mytra's supply chain team is looking for an energetic material handler who is excited to take on a key role to help grow our business. We have a lot of AI powered robots we need to build!
As a material handler on the supply chain team, you will oversee storage and warehousing of our production inventory and engineering R&D materials, and will be responsible for all transactions and inventory accuracy. You will perform inventory adjustments and research the root cause of inventory discrepancies, as well as ship and receive incoming and outgoing packages company wide.
Responsibilities
Receiving:
Receive incoming materials, verifying accuracy against packing slips or purchase orders. report any discrepancy or damage part to purchasing team. Warehouse management + Storage:
Store materials in designated locations, ensuring inventory is organized and easily accessible. Picking and Kitting:
Prepare components for the operations team, easily assemble to adhere to Mytra's robot production build plan. Inventory Control:
Oversees storage and warehouse of materials, actively involve in daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system. Logistics:
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping. The Ideal Candidate
You are a local candidate (San Francisco Bay Area) who can work on site. Willing to travel (no more than 20%) to different customer sites to check inventory, fulfill spares and service requirements as needed. Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and related equipment. Experience collaborating with cross functional teams of engineering, supply chain, and operations to resolve any issues with incoming materials. Self-starter attitude, willingness to assist where needed, and comfortable with a fast-paced start up environment. You are excited about working on an immature project, growing together, and shaping the future of the company.
