Job Title: Migration Technician

Location: Rockville, MD

Rate: $20hr

We are seeking a skilled Migration Technician to support the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 11 installations across multiple devices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OS migrations and strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the upgrade of Windows 10 devices to Windows 11

- Ensure smooth installation and configuration of Windows 11 on user devices

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and OS compatibility during the migration

- Provide technical support to end-users throughout the migration process

- Document issues, resolutions, and migration progress

Requirements:

- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment and migration

- Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software troubleshooting

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
