We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to be part of our team in the Healthcare industry, located in North Charleston, South Carolina. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be crucial in coordinating clinical trials, maintaining protocols, and managing patient enrollments. This role also involves extensive research and analytical tasks, along with clinical support and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate clinical trials within the healthcare facility, ensuring adherence to study guidelines and protocols

• Identify and enroll suitable participants for the studies, ensuring they meet the clinical inclusion guidelines

• Maintain the integrity of study databases and complete necessary study documents

• Handle the processing of laboratory samples related to the studies

• Assist with the development and submission of regulatory documents, evaluating and securing necessary study-related materials and services

• Maintain effective communication, acting as the liaison for the project

• Utilize your analytical skills to report information pertaining to patient enrollment rates

• Provide justifications for budget revisions as necessary

• Manage calendars and schedules related to clinical trials and study assessments.

• Experience in Clinical Research, with the ability to initiate, monitor, and close out clinical trials.

• Capability to prepare detailed Clinical Study Reports, summarizing the results and observations of clinical trials.

• Knowledge of Clinical Policies and Procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Understanding of Clinical Processes, including patient care, diagnostics, and treatment protocols.

• Experience in Clinical Reporting, with the ability to accurately document and present clinical data.

• Ability to provide Clinical Support, assisting healthcare professionals and patients in various capacities.

• Strong skills in Analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
