• Handle the documentation related to construction, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize Procore for project management, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed about the project status.
• Oversee subcontract agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met by all parties involved.
• Maintain and update construction schedules regularly, ensuring all project milestones are on track.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals, making recommendations based on project requirements and budget.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Must have proficiency in using Procore software• Familiarity with construction documents is required
• Must have knowledge about the construction industry
• Previous experience with construction projects is essential
• Ability to manage and coordinate construction schedules
• Experience with subcontract agreements is required
• Must be able to handle subcontractor bids effectively
