About the role
As an Administrative Director, the position is responsible for the management and oversight of Office Management, Human Resources, and Process Management teams. This position requires a minimum of ten years of experience including management of a team. A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is required. An HR Certification through SHRM or an equivalent association is required as well.

Responsibilities
- Plans and directs the operations of office management, human resources, and process management staff and service functions.
- Oversees various internal service functions that typically include administrative/office, financial operations, facility maintenance/space planning, security, hospitality services, equipment and supply procurement, vendor management, and others.
- Works with Finance to monitor operating budget spending for areas of responsibility.
- Designs and implements processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization's changing needs.
- Sets departmental performance goals and standards of service.
- Utilizes data analytics to measure activity and drive continuous improvement.
- Provides oversight of human resources functional operations, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance.
- Maintains broad and current subject matter knowledge and expertise in federal and state employment laws to advise leadership with solutions for human resources issues and evolving organizational needs.
- Utilizes an HRIS or other systems to facilitate processes and provide data and reporting on HR activity.
