• Competitive Pay: $45.95 per hour, plus an additional reward of $4.55 per hour.

• Flexible Schedule: Work three 12-hour shifts each week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

• Onsite Role: Direct patient interaction and collaborative work with a skilled healthcare team in Baltimore.

• Contract Position: 92-day assignment, with payment terms rewarding your commitment after 36 hours of work.

What youll be doing:

• Implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans.

• Serving as a central coordinator for multidisciplinary care to ensure seamless patient support.

• Recording and communicating patient conditions and updating care plans as needed.

• Following physician and nursing orders with precision.

• Assisting in patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience.

• Strong skills in emergency care and coordination.

• RN licensure with demonstrated knowledge of emergency nursing protocols.
