Join a dedicated team, where youll provide crucial patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting. This is a contract position for experienced RNs ready to make a difference on-site, with a three-month engagement that offers both excellent pay and rewarding work in a supportive environment.

• Night Shift Opportunity: Work from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday, allowing for a 3-day workweek.

• Guaranteed Reward Period: Complete 36 hours, and youre eligible for reward distribution within a month.

What youll be doing

As an Emergency Room RN, you will:

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, ensuring patient conditions are accurately recorded and communicated.

• Serve as the primary coordinator among healthcare teams, promoting well-coordinated and effective patient care.

• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision and dedication.

• Assess and facilitate discharge planning to support patient transitions post-treatment.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as an Emergency Room RN.

• Skills: Strong expertise in emergency care, with the ability to handle high-stakes situations and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
