We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room (ER) team. This role requires a nurse who is proficient in handling urgent and emergency care, coordinating with various healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded patient care. Youll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quick decision-making and excellent patient care are critical.

What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of patients.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions, responding to changes and alerting relevant healthcare providers.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of patient care across multiple disciplines to ensure cohesive treatment plans.
• Follow physician and nursing orders, accurately administering medications and treatments.
• Work with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate patient discharge plans.

Requirements:

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Green Card
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and provide exceptional patient care
