About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN for an Emergency Room position located in Muskegon, MI. This is a contract role with a 3-month duration, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position involves 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30) for three days per week, totaling 36 hours. If you have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, this role could be an exciting opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure quality treatment
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate
• Serve as the primary coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately
• Assist with discharge planning alongside the healthcare team

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Emergency Room RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Valid work authorization (Green Card or US Citizen)
