Whats in it for you?

• Competitive pay rate of $43.42/hr for this contract position.

• Additional reward of $4.34/hr after completing 36 hours.

• Steady, structured hours: 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM), Monday to Friday.

• 3-month assignment with an opportunity to expand your skills in a focused Neuro Trauma ICU environment.

• Work onsite at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis, a reputable facility in Wichita, KS.

What youll be doing:

• Deliver exceptional care by implementing and monitoring patient care plans.

• Record and communicate patient conditions, ensuring seamless coordination with the healthcare team.

• Act as the primary coordinator of care across all disciplines for a well-coordinated approach to patient care.

• Follow physician and nursing orders diligently and proactively assist in discharge planning.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in ICU settings, specifically in Neuro Trauma ICU or similar.

• Active RN license with ICU certification and strong capabilities in patient assessment and discharge planning.
