We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Telemetry Nursing Unit in Nashville, TN. This role involves providing high-quality care to patients recovering from vascular surgeries, kidney transplants, and various abdominal procedures. As part of the medical/surgical team, you will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring that all physician and nursing orders are followed. • Non-local candidates receive an all-inclusive rate of $50.49/hr, including a per diem

What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective treatment
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as necessary
• Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care
• Follow and execute physician and nursing orders with precision
• Assist in discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a medical/surgical nursing role
• Current RN Medical/Surgical certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Familiarity with patient care in a telemetry setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15), Monday to Friday, 3 days per week
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Two professional references required
