What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.

• Document and communicate patient conditions with precision, ensuring timely updates to physicians and the nursing team.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning.

• Carry out nursing and physician orders, ensuring thorough follow-through on all care protocols.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience in telemetry or similar specialties.

• Certification: BLS required, ACLS preferred.
