We are seeking an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a 3-month contract position in Nashville, TN. This role is based in the Telemetry Nursing Unit and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of medical plans for patients on the pulmonary floor.

• 12-hour shifts, 3 days a week (totaling 36 hours per week).

What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
• Serve as a primary coordinator for well-coordinated patient care across various disciplines.
• Execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assist in discharge planning and patient assessments in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Active Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must provide 2 professional references.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
