We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team for a contract position in Fresno, CA. You will work a 12-hour night shift three days a week, providing vital care for mothers and their newborns during one of the most critical moments of their lives. What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans for laboring mothers.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as necessary.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for patient care, ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines.
• Follow physician and nursing orders to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate and plan patient discharges with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as an RN in Labor and Delivery.
• Active certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Proven experience with fetal heart monitoring.
• U.S. work authorization (Green Card or U.S. Citizen).
• Ability to provide two professional references.
