Join a fast-paced Labor and Delivery team at a Level IV Maternal Designation facility, where you'll be part of a high-performing unit handling over 500 deliveries per month. This is an onsite, contract role at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX, ideal for an experienced RN with a passion for maternal and neonatal care.

• Consistent Schedule: Work 36 hours per week on a steady Monday-to-Friday 12-hour shift, 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM.

What youll be doing:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Serve as the primary coordinator for interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless patient care.

• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and carry out physician and nursing orders.

• Collaborate on discharge planning with the healthcare team for comprehensive patient support.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Labor and Delivery, including experience as a Traveler RN.

• Skills: Strong expertise in labor and delivery nursing, with excellent patient monitoring and care coordination capabilities.
