3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor Job at Pharmaceutical Manufacturer in Cranbury

The 3rd shift Warehouse Supervisor is on the front line of the management team within the production area of distribution operations. The Supervisor leads a team of permanent and contract employees who are responsible for performance in areas such as Inbound Import Receiving, Order Fulfillment/Shipping, Operations, COP, and Inventory Control.

3rd shift hours: 9:00 pm - 6:00 am, Monday - Saturday.

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma required
• 3+ years of experience with distribution, packaging, warehousing, and/or operations in pharmaceutical environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong team building and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work effectively cross-functionally
• Able to multi-task effectively utilizing strong organizational skills
