Job Title: Technical Account Manager (TAM)About MSAI:MultiSensor AI provides turnkey predictive maintenance and process control solutions, which combine cutting edge imaging and sensing technologies with AI-powered enterprise software. Powered by AWS, MSAI's software leverages a continuous stream of data from thermal imaging, visible imaging, acoustic imaging, vibration sensing, and laser sensing devices to provide comprehensive, real-time condition monitoring for a customer's critical assets, processes, and manufactured outputs. This full-stack solution measures heat, vision, vibration, and gas in the surrounding environment, helping companies gain predictive insights to efficiently and proactively manage their asset reliability and manufacturing processes. MSAI's cloud and edge solutions are deployed by organizations to protect critical assets across a wide range of industries including distribution & logistics, manufacturing, utilities, and oil & gas.Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical support during installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance phases, focusing on video, security, and IoT sensor technologies. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking (IP addresses, connectivity), sensors, and other systems. Project Management: Oversee and manage complex customer projects for installation and post-installation support. Ensure timely delivery and the resolution of conflicting priorities. Prepare detailed reports, conduct post-project reviews (AARs), and continuously improve processes. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, engineering,leadership, and other internal teams to deliver solutions, align customer goals with company offerings, and identify opportunities for upsell or expansion. Customer Training & Support: Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for customers on system usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance strategies. Be a trusted advisor for ongoing technical support, ensuring customers maximize the value of our solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, project timelines, technical issues, and resolutions. Prepare and present reports to internal teams and customers.Qualifications: BS Engineering. Possess a valid drivers license. Proven Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with video, security, or IoT sensors,including installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. Familiarity with networking concepts such as IP addresses, connectivity issues, and troubleshooting. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability toexplain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create reports, presentations, and project documentation. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively when solving complex technicalproblems. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze data to drive decisions. Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales,account management, engineering, and leadership, to deliver solutions and drive customersuccess. Time Management Organization: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, stay organized, and consistently meet deadlines. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods in industrial or manufacturing environments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) strategies, IoT systems,infrared sensors, or other remote sensing technologies. Experience in working in demanding environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial settings. Public speaking or presenting to customers or large groups.
