We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. MUST BE BILINGUAL: Speak and write SPANISH. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of family law. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal knowledge and exceptional organizational skills to contribute to our successful practice. Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests • Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel • Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and filing documents • Schedule appointments, depositions, hearings, and trials • Prepare trial notebooks and exhibits for court proceedings • Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination and document management • Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks Qualifications: • MINIMUM 2 YEARS FAMILY LAW EXPERIENCE • Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents • Strong knowledge of family law and legal procedures • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team • Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically • Project management skills to effectively handle multiple cases simultaneously • Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
