We are looking for a passionate Product Lifecycle Manager to lead strategy for our SDV Outdoor Distribution Circuit Breaker product line. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and maintain innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive market growth. This role is a Hybrid role based in Wendell, NC.

You'll make an impact as you:
  • Lead the development and execution of our product strategy for the product line.
  • Work with the Siemens brand to deliver high-quality products to the market.
  • Collaborate with the engineering, quality, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements, build product roadmaps, and drive successful product launches.
  • Define product roadmaps and manage the lifecycle from new concept to end-of-life.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive product adoption.
  • Present at conferences and webinars promoting Siemens as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the portfolio's R&D roadmap.
  • Act as a portfolio steward with responsibility and accountability for achieving financial targets.
  • Participate in and develop white papers to raise awareness of Siemens solutions.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in the medium-voltage switchgear product market, specifically with the application of MV outdoor distribution circuit breakers in both centralized and distributed generation networks.
  • 5+ years of experience and working knowledge in power distribution and sub-distribution networks.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed, both domestically and internationally.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
  • Master's degree in business administration or other advanced degree.
  • Experience working with Siemens products.

  • The pay range for this position is $100,450 - $172,200 and the annual incentive target is 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
