LHH is partnering with a nonprofit client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an HR Generalist position! In this pivotal role, you'll drive HR initiatives, support our employees, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations and performance management.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP (preferred).
