LHH is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Generalist to join our client in Columbus, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing organization in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, and leave of absence management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any issues that arise.
Administer and manage employee leave of absence requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
Maintain accurate employee records, assist with HR reporting, and support various HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support a growing organization.
Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws.
Pay Details:
$55,000.00 to $64,000.00 per year
