Urology Physician

Wonderful Urology opportunity in Cottonwood, Arizona starting March ongoing. Are you available for these dates, let me know either way! * Dates: Available Shifts: Starting March ongoing * Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm - Wednesday, Friday with 1 hour lunch * Call Schedule: 24hr beeper call * Call ratio: 1:3 (this might change) * Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD's, Mas assigned * Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic * Procedures per day: 10-15 per day * Hospital Bed size: 99 * Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required) * Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day * EMR: Cerner * Certifications: BC or BE, AZ license, DEA * Minimum Experience Required: 1 year * Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
