Urology Physician

Specialty: Urology Start Date: 9/5/2023 Contract Length: 13 weeks - Ongoing Shift Details: - 3 days of clinic - 1 day in OR - 1 day of procedures in clinic - Call ratio: 1:3 (this might change) Schedule: - 8:00am-5:00pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 8:00am 4:00pm Wednesday, Friday with 1 hour lunch Work Details: - Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD s, Mas assigned - Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: - Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic - Procedures per day: 10-15 per day - Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day - EMR: Cerner - Robotics: No - Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required) - Disposable flexible stethoscopes - Doctor will phone interview Practice Setting: - Hospital Requirements: - Board Certification: BC or BE - License Required: AZ License - DEA: Yes - CSR: No - Minimum Experience Required: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
