Urology Physician

Wonderful Urology opportunity in Cottonwood, Arizona starting March ongoing. Are you available for these dates, let me know either way!

• Dates: Available Shifts: Starting March ongoing
• Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm - Wednesday, Friday with 1 hour lunch
• Call Schedule: 24hr beeper call
• Call ratio: 1:3 (this might change)
• Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD's, Mas assigned
• Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day: 10-15 per day
• Hospital Bed size: 99
• Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
• Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• EMR: Cerner
• Certifications: BC or BE, AZ license, DEA
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
