1-800-Flowers.com, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to directly support the President of the Enterprise. The Executive Assistant will support the President in managing their day-to-day business objectives, acting as an extension of the President in a manner that maintains positive, effective and collaborative working relationships across the organization.

This is a fully onsite role in Jericho, NY.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the President's ability to effectively lead the organization, including composing and preparing correspondence; managing travel arrangements, expenses and mileage reports; assisting with special projects; designing and producing documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with internal and external parties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners on all matters pertaining to the President, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
  • Manage conflict resolution and implement action plans with a high level of urgency and accuracy.
  • Learn and understand President's internal business priorities and objectives.
  • Organize and edit presentations for Executive and Board of Director meetings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the President of 1800Flowers.com, Inc.
  • Manage calendar, travel and other core administrative duties
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external clients
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications on behalf of the President
  • Manage T&E tracking and invoicing
  • Perform additional duties as assigned as appropriate
  • Act as an extension of the executive in a manner that maintains positive, effective and collaborative working relationships across the organization
  • Learn and understand President's internal business priorities and objectives


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior/C-suite executives in quick-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful and action-oriented with strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism collaborating with a broad range of executives, board members, and business partners
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and judgment to effectively handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)


The expected salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.
