Job Title: Controller

Overview:
Vaco is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role requires a strong background in technology or telecommunications finance and proven skills in financial strategy and analysis. The Controller will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and supporting growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, and payroll
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or senior finance role, preferably in the wireless networking or technology sector
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
