Description

• Lead the on-site management of interior renovation and capital improvement projects, typically valued between $200K-$3M.
• Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.
• Perform quality control inspections and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
• Utilize construction management software, including transitioning from Viewpoint to Procore.

Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of construction experience, specifically in interior renovations or related projects.
• Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and execute effectively.
• Leadership: Proven ability to take ownership of projects and lead diverse teams.
• Citizenship: U.S. citizen, with the ability to pass a background check (required for working with certain clients).
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with construction management software (Viewpoint and/or Procore preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills.
