Description Lead the on-site management of interior renovation and capital improvement projects, typically valued between $200K-$3M. Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors on-site. Perform quality control inspections and address any issues that arise promptly. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery. Utilize construction management software, including transitioning from Viewpoint to Procore. Profile
Experience:
5+ years of construction experience, specifically in interior renovations or related projects. Problem Solver:
Ability to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and execute effectively. Leadership:
Proven ability to take ownership of projects and lead diverse teams. Citizenship:
U.S. citizen, with the ability to pass a background check (required for working with certain clients). Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with construction management software (Viewpoint and/or Procore preferred). Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills.
Job Offer Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary with annual bonuses based on project profits ($3,000-$6,000 average). Car allowance ($400-$500/month). PTO: 2-3 weeks, with additional paid holidays from Christmas Day through January 2. Health, dental, and vision insurance, with a $300 monthly employer contribution. 401(k) with up to 4% employer match after one year.
