The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in the implementation, support and maintenance of the human resource information system (HRIS). This position will serve as the primary point of contact for all functional areas within the HRIS system, such as, payroll, time and attendance, benefits administration, and applicant tracking services. As well as ensuring data integrity, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operation of the HRIS (ADP workforce now) system ensuring data accuracy.
  • Write, maintain, and support reporting and analytics needs across all Functional HR teams.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all new HRIS related software implementations, and new system integrations.
  • Conduct process and functionality trainings for all new employees.
  • Develop HR reports, insights, dashboards, and infographics on key employee metrics to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct new system set and test functionality to requirements related to Workforce analytics.
  • Support the development and definition of employee performance metrics (KPI's), providing insights on business performance.
  • Work collaboratively with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and Recruiting teams to identify, plan, design, and implement necessary systems, documents and processes.
  • Provide production support, including resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws.
  • Stay up to date on current HRIS, and Human Resource trends with a focus on delivery and support.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with employees and sensitive data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 6+ years of extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • 4+ years direct experience as a lead for ADP implementation, integrations, and administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle unexpected situations efficiently.

Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Senior Certified Professional- SHRM-SCP (preferred)
  • Human Resource Information Professional- HRIP (preferred)
