Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of site video: You will be part of the creation, development and production of video content on DailyMail.com
  • Growing Site Video: You will have new ideas on how to grow the site video audience while ensuring the site maintains it's fast, efficient and thorough content output.
  • Communication: You will work with editors across the newsroom to pitch engaging content and grow the existence of video on the site.
  • Social Video collaboration: You will work with the social video team sharing content and ideas to ensure multi-platform success.


Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced: An experienced video journalist with an eye for a good story and the passion to see it through as well as a minimum of 5 years managing a successful and effective team.
  • Breadth of Knowledge: You will feel comfortable and confident working with all departments, including; US News, Showbiz, Femail, Science, Health and sport.
  • Journalistic Integrity: A comprehensive knowledge of journalistic principles with the understanding and confidence to make editorial decisions in a high-pressured atmosphere.
  • Data Focused: A thorough understanding of analytics in order to identify video successes that will grow site video views
  • Flexible and Committed: This is an in office position which may require working nights and weekends depending on the news agenda.
