Anesthesiology Physician

Contract Length: 3 months ongoing Shift Details: 7:00am-7:00pm Work Details: - Support staff: CRNAs - Patients per day: 50-60 - Department description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day this will not be a locum. Must be comfortable with all ages and currently only work in pain clinics. - EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia - Hospital bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center - Special procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs Practice Setting: - Hospital - Ambulatory Surgery Center Requirements: - Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required - License required: Active AZ license. IMLC Only - Certifications required: ACLS, PALS Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
