Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Location: A city in south-central Nebraska known for its vibrant community, strong educational institutions. About 130 miles to Lincoln and 190 miles to Omaha! Facility: A comprehensive healthcare facility offering a variety of services, including emergency care, surgical services, and specialized medical programs. The hospital is known for its commitment to patient care and community health, providing resources in areas such as cardiology, orthopedics, and women's health. Opportunity: * Looking for an Obstetrician & Gynecologist to provide inpatient coverage for gaps we have. Providers should be comfortable with all OB/Gyn procedures. Will be responsible for daily rounding on all patients admitted to the service as well as any consult received during the assignment. Available to go at any time. * First to fill! * Services provided on OB/GYN on a 24/7 basis. * Needing Coverage for: * Monday, December 23rd - Thursday December * Friday, January 31- Monday, February * Friday, March 21 - Monday, * Friday, May 30 - Monday, June * Duties: * Be on-call to the emergency department for precipitous deliveries, both vaginal and c-section * Gynecology call to the emergency department; consultation & treatment as needed * Required Procedures: * Diagnosis and management of conditions occurring during pregnancy through postpartum * Major & minor abdominal and vaginal surgical procedures upon the female pelvis and related structures * EMR: Epic * Support Staff: Inpatient coverage only- hospital staff Compensation: Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included
