Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Summary: We are looking for an Obstetrician & Gynecologist to provide inpatient coverage for gaps we have. Providers should be comfortable with all OB/Gyn procedures. Will be responsible for daily rounding on all patients admitted to the service as well as any consult received during the assignment. Available to go at any time. Rates -24 hour call (to include 4 hours gratis) -Callback Schedule/Availability Requirements: Services provided on OB/GYN on a 24/7 basis. Needing Coverage for: * Wednesday November 27th - Sunday November * Monday, December 23rd - Thursday December * Monday December 30th - Thursday January Facility Location: Kearney, Nebraska Setting: Acute Care inpatient/outpatient hospital. 268 bed regional referral center Duties: * Be on-call to the emergency department for precipitous deliveries, both vaginal and c-section * Gynecology call to the emergency department; consultation & treatment as needed Required Procedures: * Diagnosis and management of conditions occurring during pregnancy through postpartum * Major & minor abdominal and vaginal surgical procedures upon the female pelvis and related structures EMR: Epic Support Staff: Inpatient coverage only- hospital staff Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility: Admissions per day, Patients/day, Types of cases, Disclosures that may need to be made, etc. * Patient volume - 1-5 per day Requirements Board Certification Board Certified, Board Eligible State License NE license required if not a compact state Residency Requirements - ACGME/AOA accredited Residency Training Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology Other Certifications ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, NRP Malpractice Clean Preferred Availability - Required
