Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

* Full-time is considered 7.5 24-hour shifts a month * Will consider someone who wants to work a minimum of 5.5-hour shifts/month (still benefit eligible) * Seeking a provider who can startwith an active Texas license as soon as possible * Handle an annual delivery volume of 1,924, with 96 vaginal and C-section deliveries performed by hospitalists. * Manage a 40% C-section rate in the delivery caseload. * Oversee 2,296 unscheduled outpatient OB/GYN triage visits annually. * Conduct 1,229 OBED consults each year. * Collaborate with in-house neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners in a Level II NICU setting. * Work with maternal-fetal medicine specialists to manage high-risk pregnancies. * Perform tasks including OB triage, admissions, attending deliveries, and inpatient care. * Provide care for unassigned patients and assist with private call coverage. * Cover the OB floor and handle ER consults for GYN emergencies. * Assist in surgical procedures during Cesarean sections. * Respond to emergencies in the labor and delivery unit. * This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. * Not accepting Locums candidates * Not accepting visa candidates Compensation and Benefits: (With full-time employment) * Compensation rate: $135/hr * $10k sign-on bonus(with full-time employment) * $10k for relocation, if applicable * Health Insurance including prescription drugs * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Short- and Long-Term disability options * Employee stock purchase program " 15% discount * 401k with company match * Pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) * Pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) * Aflac Hospital, Critical Illness and Accident plans * Identity Protection * Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
