Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.Oversee all financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure the company meets all financial obligations. Work closely with procurement and production teams to optimize cost-efficiency and inventory control.Lead pricing strategy, working to reduce waste, streamline processes, and improve profit margins. Provide cost analysis and support for production, inventory management, and pricing adjustments.Set strategic goals and make data-driven decisions.
