What do you need for this Senior Finance Manager role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- 10+ years of finance experience
- Advanced Excel
- Experience managing staff
- Must have sales and/or commercial finance experience
- Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies support commercial goals.
- Lead the FP&A function, including the preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to the executive team.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure that the organization meets or exceeds its financial targets.
- Partner with commercial teams to provide financial guidance on pricing, contracts, and negotiations.
- Develop financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes, new product launches, and other commercial initiatives.
- Support business case development for new investments, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Manage financial risks, including currency fluctuations, credit risks, and market volatility.
