Sr. Linux System Administrator

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Sr. Linux Administrator to join our team! Specifically, we're looking for someone who will be supporting an enterprise wide mission environment and has the following:

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Linux System Admin / Eng.
• Linux - (CentOS/RHEL) Linux admin certification desired
• Extensive experience installing, configuring, maintaining JBoss / Wildfly
• VMWare VM creation, configuration, and operation experience
• Security + 2 / IAT 2 certification
• Highly Desire: Experience with RH Ansible

  • SAN Storage configuration
  • Understanding of network storage (ex. NAS and SAN)
• Networking
  • Understanding of networking concepts and principles
  • Routing, IPSec
• Security Compliance
  • YUM Patching
  • IAVA Remediation
  • Server certificate management
  • Automation (ex. Ansible, Puppet, SALT)
  • SELinux
• Authentication
  • Users and Group Management
  • Understanding of Active Directory and DNS
  • User certificate management
• Scripting: Shell, Python preferred
• Physical Server Administration

Other Desired Skills, Education, or familiarization

• Oracle Database and possibly some DBA experience
• JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)

Qualifications:

• Minimum General Experience: At least ten (10) years developing and delivering IT Architectures or IT systems design/ engineering services or supported that activity with an organization.
• Functional Responsibility:
  • Provides architecture and business consulting services.
  • Functions as lead consultant and project manager on technically complex projects.
• Minimum Education: A BS in Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent years of experience.
