About the team
As the Customer Product Operation Team, our mission is to provide our customers with entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for Product Operations to join our team
1. Responsible for user growth solutions in e-commerce shelf scenarios, designing mechanisms to guide traffic both within and outside the platform, enhancing user conversion efficiency in shelf domains, and continuously iterating strategies.
2. Familiar with the user conversion funnel of e-commerce products, capable of flexibly iterating strategies based on changes in online data and user feedback, collaborating with growth, product supply, marketing teams to design product solutions and push them into production.
3. Continuously iterate on products and strategies, designing differentiated solutions that match the platform's scenario rhythm and allocating resources effectively to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Ability to independently conduct requirements research, data analysis, and strategy product design, with strong project management skills.
3. Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, patience, clear communication, and a proactive approach to challenges. Skilled in analyzing and solving problems with excellent self-management abilities.
4. Strong communication and comprehension skills, with a keen sense of data and the ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in internet operations, preferably in e-commerce operations, recommendation strategies, or user growth.
