About the team
As the Customer Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for Product Manager to join our team
1. Responsible for driving the scale growth of shelf e-commerce scenarios by designing product features that align with user journeys. Focus on optimizing pre-purchase and post-purchase scenarios to guide and enhance user shopping frequency.
2. Familiar with e-commerce user conversion funnels and capable of iterating product features based on changes in online data and user feedback. This includes, but is not limited to, optimizing features such as adding to cart, encouraging repeat purchases, and enhancing post-purchase experience.
3. Continuously iterate on product strategies by designing differentiated solutions that align with platform rhythms and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Ability to independently conduct requirements research, data analysis, and strategy product design, with strong project management skills.
3. Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, patience, clear communication, and a proactive approach to challenges. Skilled in analyzing and solving problems with excellent self-management abilities.
4. Strong communication and comprehension skills, with a keen sense of data and the ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in internet product management, preferably with experience in e-commerce growth, recommendation strategies, or user interaction iteration.
