Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide timely hiring solutions.

- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in accordance with company policies.

- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- Develop and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and address any related inquiries.

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth and development.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
