Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Maintain HR records and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compensation: $90k-$95k, DOE
