Locum General Dentist (w/ peds) or Pediatric Certified Dentist needed in WA starting in October!

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

• Start date and length of assignment: October 2024 to December 2024.
• Schedule: 3 days/week (flexible on which days)

• Hours: 8am-5pm
• 100% peds
• Cases: stainless steel crowns, extractions, and pulpotomies
• Volume: 25-40 between hygiene and op

• Credentialing: 30-60 days or 1-2 weeks with Medicaid
• Reason for vacancy: Maternity leave

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be licensed in WA

• Pediatric Certified Dentist or General Dentist comfortable with Pediatrics
