Ariba Product Manager (COE)

SUMMARY:

Provides program management support for all Ariba related processes and procedures related to vendor and transaction activity within the Ariba tool. Works with corporate sourcing, property purchasing managers, and suppliers to ensure that suppliers are efficiently onboarded and enabled. Responsible for managing the process and completion of all reporting and user access controls and supports adherence to supplier performance standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in sourcing or purchasing, preferably with SAP Ariba product/program knowledge.
  • Prior experience with purchasing systems and procure to pay processes required.
  • Significant competency in developing and analyzing reports using business intelligence tools required.
  • Detail oriented, professional demeanor, strong organization, time management, and project management skills required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication / presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to cultivate working relationships throughout the organization.
  • Significant proficiency with Microsoft suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.) required.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides business and technical guidance.
  • Liaison between corporate sourcing, property purchasing managers, and CDI IT to ensure that all information required to efficiently access and administer the system is available and functioning.
  • Support the request for reporting needs, and access, based on business needs.
  • Build and maintain various dashboards in Ariba and distribute accordingly.
  • Manage User Access Control granting approval for user licenses when appropriate.
  • Manage the User Access Certification process to confirm all users with privileged access are approved by management.
  • First point of contact for Internal Audit.
  • Build and maintain all Approval Flow configurations.
  • Manage and configure all system exception parameters.
  • Support all Enablement activities with reporting and follow up.
  • Manages vendor integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Completes other ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Facilitate end user training and education.
  • Manage supplier catalogs and guided buying within SAP Ariba.
  • Manage and support Ariba Intelligent Spend Business Network (ISBN).
  • Manage creation and execution of Supplier templates and projects.
