Executive Personal Assistant to Entrepreneurial Couple

Serial entrepreneurial couple is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant. This exciting opportunity offers direct exposure to the early stages of launching a startup and room for growth in your role! You will provide core admin support to the Executives across all his endeavors including three consumer startups, a family-owned company, and personal investments to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You will also provide personal support to the family by keeping track of their family calendar and schedule, booking travel, and running errands. Someone who is extremely organized, flexible, resourceful, and maintains absolute discretion. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days/week at the family home in Lafayette. 100-120K+ DOE + benefits, generous PTO, and flexibility to work remotely when the family travels.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for professional and personal endeavors to the Executive and his family.
- Manage multiple email inboxes, triaging messages to identify critical communications and necessary actions.
- Manage and synchronize multiple calendars, ensuring seamless coordination between professional and family schedules to avoid conflicts and effectively prioritize tasks across various projects.
- Oversee the family calendar, collaborating with his spouse to manage children's activities, events, and daily logistics, with particular attention to frequent family vacations.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for both professional and family trips.
- Assist in the creation of presentations and organization of project-related materials.
- Ensure adequate time and resources are allocated for the development of startups and teams.
- Support family investment activities, including participation in multiple companies, board memberships, and advisory roles.
- Provide occasional support to his spouse, an author and novelist, as needed.
- Assist with household organizational projects and errands to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role ideally working for a CEO or Founder of a startup.
- Startup mentality and ability to wear many administrative and project management hats.
- Efficient and highly organized.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- Demonstrate extreme confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill information quickly.
- Proactive approach with problem-solving skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy, capable of implementing and managing various technology platforms such as Zoho Mail, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack. Experience with Shopify is a plus.
