JOB SUMMARY

Human Resources Business Partner leads the execution of the daily responsibilities of the Human Resources Team while supporting the business operations. This role leads, supports and executes processes identified within the Human Resources Business Strategy and overall company culture - Win From Within.

The HRBP is responsible for demonstrating effective leadership that drives business success and compliance with local, state and federal employment regulations - including, not limited to: Leading and Developing the Human Resource Generalist, Report Management, Data Analysis, Policy Interpretation, Talent Acquisition, Pre-employment, On- Boarding/Off-Boarding, Compensation and Benefits, Leave of Absence, Corrective Action, Investigations, Performance Management, HRIS, Team Member Recognition Programs, Occupational Health and Safety, Workplace Accommodations, Job Description Support, Create Training and Development Processing.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages the Talent Acquisition process including the recruiting, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Ensures effective background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Enhances the new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Develops and Leads the Human Resource Generalist
• Ensures timely off-boarding practices.
• Manages benefit open enrollment.
• Review compensation practices and provide guidance to leaders.
• Supports internal Level Up Program.
• Lead Point of Contact HRIS - iSolved.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA standards and reporting.
• Develops and provides training to Team Members and leaders as needed for compliance and successful business operations.
• Administers leave of absence requirements.
• Manages Workplace Accommodations in line with ADA compliance.
• Manages investigations.
• Analyzes employment trends and recommends best practices.
• Periodic review and updates of company guidelines and policies.
• Job Description Review and Enhancement.
• Lead the Company Culture Win from Within.

HRIS and talent management systems.

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of five years of human resources management experience is required.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of direct human resources experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the
organization's site locations.
